6:15 pm: The Rural Fire Service have issued a 'Watch and Act' alert for a bushfire burning in the
Kybeyan Valley area, 20 kilometres east of Cooma.
At this stage there is limited access to Tuross River Road.
One residential home was lost as a result of this fire yesterday.
With conditions starting to warm up, and winds also picking up conditions are expected to deteriorate over Friday and Saturday.
