The Business House Bowls competition concluded its normal rounds last Friday evening with Cooma Plumbing Supplies maintaining an undefeated record to top the Division 1 table. In Division 2 the Hospital side are minor premiers, but only by a point from TGB Contractors. Both teams had only one loss through out the season but that extra draw recorded by TGB Contractors was the difference.
Next Friday sees the commencement of the semi-final series and the plate competition for teams not playing in the semi-finals.
In the Division 1 semi-finals: Cooma Plumbing Supplies play Sir William Hudson Memorial Centre, South East Tiles take on Cooma Gas & Garden.
In Division 2 Hospital do combat with Target and TGB Contractors are up against Boyce.
The winners from each division will proceed to the final while the other two sides will play off for third position. All games will consist of 12 ends commencing at 6pm.
Teams in the Plate competition will play two games (rounds) of six ends on each of the next two Friday nights. The games for this Friday are:-
Round 1 Snowy Riders versus Monaro Shire Council, Telstra versus Ldesign, Summit Smash versus Raine & Horne and Cooma Furnishing versus Buckenderra Holiday Village.
Round 2 Snowy Riders versus Buckenderra Holiday Village, Raine & Horne versus Cooma Furnishing, Ldesign versus Summit Smash Repairs and Monaro Shire versus Telstra
