Three properties across the Monaro opened their gardens to the public as part of Open Gardens Australia. They were John and Shilo's garden at Badja, Numeralla and Sue and Mike Litchfield at Wondallee on Tuross Road Countegany. At one of the oldest homes in Cooma, 28 Massie Street, Caroline and Noel Carter put on a morning tea in their open garden with funds going towards the Anglican Church.
