If you enjoy a laugh and a great night out, you and your family will be swept away by the joy of live theatre at Cooma Little Theatre's latest production, Once Upon A Witch opening tomorrow night (Friday).
Cooma Little Theatre's vice-president Stuart Burge said young and old alike are guaranteed to go home with a smile on their faces.
"Children of all ages will be enthralled and wonder at the colour and costumes, the music and the dancing and indeed the whole fantasy of the show," Mr Burge said.
"However, one of the true appeals of pantomimes is that they are actually written with adults in mind, who will be in stitches of laughter at the excellent humour, the corny one-liners and of course the double meanings.
"Cooma Little Theatre is known for staging its wonderful pantomimes over many years and Once Upon A Witch is certainly no exception."
Mr Burge said staging any theatre production is a huge undertaking, but none more so than putting on a musical and especially a pantomime.
"The cast and crew - including directors, choreographer, musical director, lighting and sound technicians, have been entrenched at the Cooma Little Theatre for the past three months bringing this much-loved fantasy to life," he said.
"Behind the scenes, more hard work has been in place creating props and sets, along with lighting and sound effects, while some of the most amazing, original costumes seen at the Theatre have been lovingly designed by Tracey Lungdren."
