THE Cooma Rotary Club would like to promote the high country Rotary Markets as a monthly event to provide a regional outlet for stallholders.

Rotary Markets welcome local produce, craft, garden products, clothing, jewellery and of course encourage local not for profit organisations.

James Mayhead and Cecilia Legoe have been stallholders at Cooma Rotary Markets for eight months, selling organic and non-organic breads.

Their stall, Wheatley Lane Bread, has received positive feedback from the community of Cooma, securing a good customer base each month.

"We enjoy the markets a lot. They are located in a beautiful spot in the heart of town," Mr Mayhead said.

"We're looking forward to our first winter at Rotary Markets."

The proceeds that Rotary collect are used to support local and international projects.

The May market was a great occasion with 58 stalls and an enjoyable time had by everyone.
