TEN students from Snowy Mountains Christian School are through to the State CSSA Athletics Carnival after an outstanding performance on the track and in the field at teh CSA Zone Athletics in Wollongong.

Snowy Mountains Christian School Students performed well at the CSA Zone Athletics in Wollongong on August 11 and 12.

The students entered in a variety of Track and Field events and performed to the best of their abilities, despite the awful rain.

Jackson Walsh became the 9 year old boys overall age Champion and Olo Brademann became the 10 year old boys overall age Champion.

Sophie Litchfield broke the 2006, 1kg Discus Throw Record with a throw, measuring 24.19m.

Congratulations to Jordan Davis, Jackson Walsh, Olo Brademann, Cooper Hassall, Zachary van der Plaat, Sophie Litchfield, Lily McArthur, Miruna Moruz, Burnum Brademann and Kurt Wassink who have won the chance to perform at the State CSSA Athletics Carnival.
